A Visit To Family Gone Home To Glory

Monday, May 13, 2013

We took a drive tonight to the Georgetown Cemetery.  It was a beautiful cool sunny evening.  The first picture is of Mom and Dad Waite’s headstone.  The beautiful flowers are a gift from Phil & Sherry.  A big thanks goes to them for purchasing these every year in honor of our parents.

We decided to take a walk and see if we could find Grandma and Grandpa Bolhuis’ grave stone, we found them quite easy, and then walked and took some pictures of the grave stones for the Waite’s.  These grave stone are not near Mom & Dad Waite’s but they are across the lane quite near the Bolhuis’.

It was interesting to see Great, Great, Grandpa & Grandma’s stone’s and his wife Melissa’s grave stone never had the year of her death engraved into it.

I love the very large Family Grave Stone that is placed nearby.  It brings back lots of memories every time you visit here.
