On last Friday afternoon I was one of 3 lucky guys to get free tickets to the Red Wings hockey game, thanks to Jerry Vruggink. The game was at 7:30 and so we left around 3:30 because we were also lucky enough to get passes to the Olympia Club. You had to pay for your meal but it sure beats the $4.00 hotdogs at the normal vendors. We had an all you could eat buffet and they had every food you could imagine, and desert’s to top it off. I went with Jerry Vruggink and his son-in-law Eddie and Mark Vruggink. Sorry the picture quality is not very good as I only had my phone camera and they don’t let you have good camera’s in the club anyway.
After filling our tummy’s we made our way to the game and enjoyed a great Red Wings victory over Minnesota 6-2. Then we got to listen to Michigan State basketball all the way home and they also won. Over all it was a great guys night out.
